You're staying in some of the best locations on Galveston Island

Our Policies: (we hate this, but we need to spell things out)

Our office hours are 8 am till 9 pm Central time, 7 days per week. (We are also available on holidays.) We do offer emergency numbers for renters 24/7. These numbers are posted in your rental and in your reservation confirmation email.

When you reserve your stay:

We will send 2 emails: The first email is a driver's license/signature request. Once we have that information we will send your reservation confirmation email. You will need to print and bring your reservation confirmation email with you.

Confirmation of rental is assumed when the renter has given his/her credit card information to CasaBlingTM (a.k.a., TCS&iLLC) and payment has cleared our banking system.  When paying by credit card the renter's credit card is charged the entire reservation fee at time of confirmation and confirmations will be emailed to renter.  (Confirmations are usually emailed within an hour and never more than 24 hours.)

Your credit card will be billed with our company name: TCSandiLLC. (Trust, Care, Service and Innovation)

Total number of guests allowed at our properties will be discussed and included in your email.
If we find more guests than agreed to in this email we reserve the right to ask everyone in your party to leave and your deposit will not be returned. No day visitors or extra guests at any time. No exceptions

We do ask for the entire amount of your reservation before reservation is confirmed. Please do not assume your booking is reserved with a phone call. We do not hold reservations without payment. We will need your credit card information and total amount will be charged before your booking is blocked out for your dates.

Directions to the condo or home will be emailed to you. Addresses for our rentals WILL NOT be given to anyone prior to reserving. This is to protect the privacy of the current guests and to protect you during your stay.

Acceptance of your reservation confirmation tells us that you have read our policy page and will abide by these policies.

Security/cleaning deposit of a minimum of $100.00 to $500.00 which is fully refundable as long as rental is left in respectable shape and there is no damage when renter departs.  

We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone we do not feel will abide by our policies.

All of our accommodations are NO SMOKING homes.  If you are smokers, please respect our next guests who may not be smokers, and smoke outside only.  Additional charges ($200.00) WILL be incurred, without notice, if this policy is violated. Please smoke on the balcony in our condos,  or outside in our other accommodations.

Please respect our arrival and departure times (unless prior arrangements have been made.)

Check-in and -out times are 4 PM (arrival) and before 11 AM (departure.)

Damaged or missing items, will be billed to renter's credit card (after due notification to renter), or deducted from renter's security deposit, or appropriate legal action will be undertaken to reimburse CasaBlingTM for any such losses. 

Items left in the accommodation will be returned if requested, and an appropriate amount charged to renter's credit card for shipping the item to you.

Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

One person needs to be responsible for payment and that same person must be our contact. It becomes too confusing when Aunt Molly calls to ask questions about your stay. Sorry, but we will not be offering information to Aunt Molly.

Maid Service is not provided during your stay, nor are additional consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and coffee other than what we provide on your arrival. There are, however, ample towels and sheets available in your rental.

BBQ grills are not provided in most cases. If grills are available (MariSol and Five Star Hut, for example, have grills on the ground floor) we do not clean nor maintain nor supply them. At no time are grills allowed in any of our accommodations, nor are grills allowed on the balconies or decks. They must remain on the ground floors.

Our homes have a timed keyless door lock. Instructions for using the keyless lock will be emailed to you with your reservation confirmation. You will not be issued a key.

Pets ARE allowed in some of our accommodations with a non-refundable pet fee. We ask that you limit it to ONE pet and their size to 25 lbs. or under.  Please understand that owners will be liable for pet damage. You will need to pick up after your pet and respect the leash laws of the community. At no time can pets be left alone unless they are in an approved animal crate. This does not apply to our Casa Del Mar condos where there is a strict no pets policy and pets are not allowed at any time.

Casa Del Mar Condos: All the above and.....NO PETS at any time.

You are renting from a private owner and not the Casa Del Mar management company. CDM consists of 276 privately owned condos and we prefer to manage and maintain our own properties. We strive to add a cozy and homey touch to each condo rather than the "hotel" feeling of other properties.

We urge you to heed our strong suggestion to print your reservation confirmation and bring it with you. This email will have a code for your keyless lock. You will not be issued a key.

  If you lock yourself out and/or forgot your code please give us a call. We can give you the code to unlock the door.

If we need to come and unlock it for you, you will be subject to a $30 additional fee.  Condo personnel are not allowed to unlock our doors for you.

At No Time are more than 6 persons (4 adults and 2 small children) allowed in our Casa Del Mar condo suites - per Fire Department regulations.  No exceptions.

Guest laundry facilities are conveniently located near your condo at the Casa Del Mar near the elevators.

No drying towels or other bulky items are allowed on Casa Del Mar balconies.

Our homes have a maximum capacity which is listed and will be listed in your reservation confirmation. We do not allow large parties, prom groups or weddings at any of our rentals. If this policy is violated your party will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.

If Security or the police have to be called for any reason, for any member of your party, you will be asked to leave and no monies or deposits refunded. Any legal expenses will be the responsibility of the rentor.


Sorry, No Cancellations:

Before you reserve your stay, please be sure that your dates are set for your vacation. If you are not sure, please wait to reserve your stay. We block out your dates and turn others guests away after you reserve.

We have a no cancellaton policy. Please be sure of your plans before you reserve your stay.

We do not refund for normal weather or rain over which we have no control.

However, if Galveston comes under a weather evacuation order from the Mayor, we will offer you either a refund or the use of your funds in the same accommodation if available at a later date within 3 months.

"No-show" or day of reservation cancellation renters lose their entire rental fee, with no option to use the funds at a later date.

No refunds will be issued for arrivals or departures any days later or earlier than rented and noted on your reservation confirmation. Please read your confirmation and carefully check the dates which are emailed to you.

Hot Tub and Pool:

    Some properties are equipped with a hot tub or pool, however guests are reminded that they are renting the property and not the hot tub or pool specifically. Sometimes conditions  may occur that render the hot tub or pool unusable. We regret that this may occur and we take every effort to insure that this will not happen, however no refunds will be offered for a non-working hot tub or pool.

Please use the hot tub wisely. Hot tubs are set at a certain temp to minimize any risk to our guests.

Never leave children unattended in the hot tub or pools at any time for any reason.


Cleaning and Departure:

We do ask that you leave the rental respectfully.

Take out your garbage.

Wash and put away dishes. 

Remove all food from the refrigerator.

Stove and microwave spills must be wiped up.

Basic cleaning supplies for your use are available in each of the rentals under the kitchen sink including oven cleaners. (This helps to keep our costs down.) 

We take care of the linens for you. If your rental has a washer/dryer and you start the towels we will love you forever. There is laundry soap available for this reason.

Leave the beds unmade. You do not need to strip the beds and pillows.

Turn off all inside and outside lights.

Furniture should not be rearranged for any reason.

Close and lock all windows and doors before you leave at 11AM.

My cleaning crew are happy to accept TIPS!.

We understand reasonable use but if rental is left in sad shape, actual cleaning charges ($100 per hour) will apply. 

We suggest that you use the "Golden Rule" or "Do unto others as you would ....".  If this is violated we will take pictures and document our concerns and call or email asking you to reimburse us for actual cleaning services and your cleaning security fee will not be returned.

If you have any suggestions or complaints we ask you to call or email us. This help us improve and do a better job for your next visit and for future guests. We do appreciate your input!
